A lot of the topics she has are very good for a senior audience. She also has some good basic strategies and tips. However, it is hampered by some rigidity of method, outdatedness, and being overly simplistic. Many of the samples she gives are not very good. She also includes several samples that are totally tone deaf on racism. This is clearly a book written by a white person for a white audience.
