The 75 Greatest Management Decisions Ever Made… de Stuart Crainer
I liked that not all of the best decisions came from this century. Great Decision #1 "In Thebes in 100 BC ..." Don't let me give the impression that they are in chronological order either, but rather by category. The 21 worst decisions are almost as worthy of study as the 75 great decisions.
If, like me, you have to do management as a part of something else, rather than being interested in the subject for it's own sake, this is a useful little book...
