Easy to follow recipes. Great photography. This recipe book is one of my favorites. Used quite frequently, especially for world-wide dishes.

This is an enormous book that makes it easy to choose dishes by difficulty and prep time. It's a great addition to a novice's kitchen, or someone wanting a lot of variety in one volume
