I enjoyed this book immensely! I'm partial to paranormal romance and I really enjoyed the Norse mythology in Mist Revealed. The plot is fast-past, but not so much that you can't follow what's going on. The sex scenes are fairly explicit, so if you like a lot of "spice" in your romance novels, this book is for you. Although this book can be read as a standalone (and has a HEA), the underlying plot continues, and I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
This is the second in the Elemental Desire series. The underlying story of the series is the Ragnorok, from Norse Mythology, an end of the world and rebirth. Nikki and Lyal are both strong personalities yet they each had their own insecurities and weaknesses that they had to overcome. Their relationship is conflicted, dramatic, steamy and at times humorous. This book provides a lot more context to the story and peripheral characters than the first, which was more of an introduction. I'm intrigued to find out how everything ties together and am looking forward to the next in the series.… (mais)
This is the first of the Royal-Kagan series that I've read and I loved it! This book has everything - action, magic, shifters, romance, humor - and smoking hot MFM love scenes between fated mates. I am looking forward to the next book in the series and will be going back to read books 1-6 as well.
