The author starts by relaying his experience as a small child being impressed by the "big people" who greeted his family when they walked into church, giving them a piece of paper and helping them find their seats or whatever other question they may have had. He then goes on to stress the importance of this ministry to the church and different aspects of it. The book is small and easy to read.
