An average read. Some parts seemed lacking in details where others had more than necessary details. The storyline was predictable.

A good mystery thriller novel about the murder of a young girl who was dabbling in drugs. As the story unfolds everything is not quite as straight forward as it appears and dodgy things appear to be going on at the hospital where the young girls father works with a cluster of patients dying from a rare blood disorder.

Utom det att det är en sexistisk, manschouvenistisk, läkarglorifierande (manliga läkare då alltså) historia som känns fantastiskt bakåtsträvande. Reklamen på baksidan berättar inte heller att ploten är så fantastiskt svag att läsaren inte får veta vad som egentligen händer förrän på de absolut sista sidorna...
Fy, vilken dålig bok.

Interesting thriller about a surgeon with a conscience who finds himself in deep water when he investigates heart failure in young people. He's getting too close to the truth when his boss is accidentally murdered instead of him.

Then he starts making waves in the department becuase he believes in his job. Ending up with him and his family being stalked and his life and job threatened.

Interesting and compelling this is a fairly light medical read.
