Little Kid Reaction: It took a handful of readings to get our toddler interested in this one. Once she caught on, she'd call out one of the animal's names and want to go to their story.

Big Kid Reaction: A nice change for an animal book. Each animal has a name (Lucy the Lamb) and you read (in very general terms) about how they live in their world. With the exception of Pete the Puppy, all of the other stories take place outside.
