{My thoughts} – This book begins with The Bad Guys all discussing the death of Mr. Snake. If you can recall from the last book that he’d fallen off the space ship and they didn’t know what happened to him after that, so they were left to assume he’d died.

The Bad Guys and the Bad Girls take the time to discuss how they are in need of a name change. So they come up with The Shadow Squad G. Once they have a name they go with it because it is different and it helps to include both the Bad Guys and the Bad Girls in a whole new group. It’s nice to see that no one is being left out. I actually like the new name.

I look forward to seeing what is going to take place in the next book as I have enjoyed this series from the beginning. It is fun to read, interesting and well all around just good in so many ways. I like that it is funny and engaging for children.

I recommend this series for any child that enjoys graphic novels and a good laugh!

{My thoughts} – Aaron Blabey is quickly becoming one of my favorite children’s authors. He has quite a few incredible book series out there. I am really happy to see this one become a board book set, because it’s one that I am sure my three year old is going to enjoy.

Pig is a pug and he doesn’t want to share his toys. He says they are all his and he shouldn’t have to. He collects them all into a pile, he stands on it and he falls and gets hurt.

I like how this story shows that sharing is important. It also shows that when you don’t share you hurt others as well as yourself. It is a good lesson for littles to hear and learn.

The illustrations and the words go together nicely. It is written in a type of rhyme format but the whole thing isn’t rhyme. It all flows really well and is easy to read and understand.

I really do hope that the rest of the series is released in this format as it is one I look forward to getting for my littles.

{My thoughts} – Mr. Wolf ends up turning into The Big Bad Wolf. It is up to his friends to figure out who is going to try and talk him down and who is going to fight against the aliens.

I found this book to be very slow reading unlike the previous ones in the series. I really have been enjoying this series, however, there wasn’t really a lot of laugh out loud moments in this book. Not like it has been with the previous in the series. I feel that the author was trying to hard to set the tone for the next book and it took away from this book in a sense.

I do like how this book is put together. I am just not a big fan of the way in which it’s story was executed. I do hope that the next book in the series helps to make up for the flaws within the pages of this one.

The illustrations and the text are spot on and go together hand and hand. I look forward to reading more books in this series in the future.

Final Conclusion: 4 Star Rating.

{My thoughts} – The Bad Guys get to spend this book up in outer space on a space ship. It turns out they haven’t quite figured out how to defeat the evil guinea pig. Can they do it before this book ends? I’m not sure, read on to find out more.

Snake gets the chance to be more then a self-fish unwanted pain in the butt. However, he still is only able to think of himself. After all his friends disappear all he can think about it saving himself. Or is it? Does he save himself? Or does he choose to help his friends? Read on to find out.

I really enjoyed this book. The end of it gives us a small taste of what is to come like all the other books. I have to say the readers are really in for a treat with this one. I am curious though if we will learn of Earth’s fate anytime soon? I look forward to reading on into the next book shortly.
