This was a book about a young boy who invents things in his basement. One day he accidentally invents a blob of slime. While at school the blob grows and takes over the city. Its up to him and his friend Susan to save the city and defeat the blob.

As an added bonus to the entertaining story, this book also features two experiments you can do at home to create your own slime.
