There are NO pictures and no nutritonal information although fresh fruit and vegetables are used.
Like that they tell you the benefits of the ingredients that are added.

This is a very short book with a few ideas for creating jar gifts. The non-food items really did not appeal to me, but several of the food mixes in jars would make nice gifts. I would prefer more recipes with alternatives. The book included a list of all things you needed for your gifting station, but it assumed you would be using both the food and non-food items. I would prefer not to see the items needed only for the non-food gifts I am unlikely to need. While it was a nice gesture to include the list, it needed some additional clarification so persons don't over-purchase. I believe I'm more likely to use recipes I've found for similar Mason Jar gifts via Pinterest than those in this small collection.… (mais)

My favorite is the scarf as I'd knit one and have for freinds. What I don't like about this book is that each item does not start at the beginning of its own page.
Like the variety of choices available for even little kids could help.
Like the idea of food in jars so others can actually make the item. very colorful also.
