He solves 4 mysteries in this book. They are:The Blue Cross, The Strange Feet, The Flying Stairs, & The Absence of Mr. Glass. I have read all four stories . The first story is about a person who pertends to be a priest and trys to steal a cross. Second is the story about when Father Brown hears some strange noisies and recovers some silverware. The third story is about three diamonds stolen at a play. The fourth story is about someone named Mr. Glass. When a man is found tied up and a knife with a tip of blood is also found, people blame Mr. Glass. To find out what happens, you have to read the book. ( ) The Father Brown Reader is Nancy Brown's retelling of four short stories from The Father Brown Mysteries by G. K. Chesterton. The author retains Chesterton's original language, while making it understandable for children. Recommended for 8- to 12-year olds, but I would read aloud to the average 8- or 9-year ol. That's not really a problem, as it's a joy read aloud. I hope the pulbisher makes this a book on tape! This is a great way to introduce children to Chesterton! sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha
