I'm not into short stories and the mafia. The narrator goes too young on the voice of the main character - felt like she was a small child rather than a teen.

Definitely intriguing enough to make me want to read "Love the way you Lie".

This is really just the set up for the serial.

You get to know the sisters and the foundation of their family history.

Very short read.

This is a nice little prequel. I haven't read the actual book yet, but I think this helps to set the background for the type of lives these two sisters come from. And with its ending, it leaves me very intrigued to start the next book! ( )
