Being a tender centre, there is obviously no guarantee that there will be books available. However, having said that, I have NEVER been there and NOT seen several boxes of books for sale, so it's worth having a look.

For those not familiar with the tender process, you go to the tender centre, look at the products and fill out a form stating how much you would be willing to pay. You then put your form in a slot to be processed. The product then goes to the highest bidder, assuming the price meets the sellers reserve (the minimum price they will accept).

The tender center is open ever weekend, but it alternates between receiving goods and selling, so if you live out of town you may want to phone ahead.
