*I like the implication that the world wasn't screwed up before these books were published.

I wonder if a group about lists would be a good start? As long as it was kept focused, and doesn't degenerate into 'my 3 favourite brands of cola' type threads...
I had a quick look at your books about books list on LTwiki and this is just the sort of thing which I am interested in too. What do you think?

on a better than the average day i teach a small amount of literature and writing to 9th graders, but it all leaks out of their heads just before the bell rings ending class.

Can i return the favour? Your "real name" is a quote (and song title) by Men At Work - n'est pas?

What makes a pb a crummypb? Is it the contents or the print design/quality or the condition of the copy?

To me, an unread book on my shelves is worse than seeing a shirt in my closet I bought months ago that still has the tags attached, it just looks so unloved! Also, I'm a college student who hasn't had a job in more than a year, so I really don't need to be buying books. Oh I can't wait for this semester to be over...
Happy Reading!

The Edgar Wallace titles that I have are indeed not easy to find at all. Most have been from book-dealers in London and across the country by post and the web.The only thought I have that may help you is to get in touch with the Edgar Wallace Society,to which I used to belong, and from where I made several contacts for Wallace titles. My last contact was however in 2001 so may well be outdated by now. Contact Penny Wyrd,84,Ridgefield Road,Oxford OX4 3DA United Kingdom.misspennywyrd@edgarwallace.org In the society magazine The Crimson Circle there were several lists of books for sale and these not over expensive either.
Hope that the above may be of help but in any case please contact me again if I can give you any more info.
Regards
